- Due to the nature of our services (which involve personalized planning, third-party collaborations, and time investments), all sales are final once a project has commenced.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may request a cancellation before the project officially begins (before influencer outreach, campaign setup, or strategic planning starts).
- If cancellation is requested after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or committed.
- For long-term retainers or ongoing projects, a 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
- No full refunds are provided once a service has started.
- Partial refunds (if any) will be considered only if no substantial work has been performed and no external expenses have been incurred.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to management approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Paid collaborations with influencers
- Ad spend or paid media budgets
- Any third-party service charges (such as platform fees, media buying, etc.)
- Consultancy fees once consultations are delivered
5. Exceptions
- In the rare case where The Marketing Man is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund will be discussed and processed accordingly.
